Out design team includes architects and designers that direct and guide clients as they seek to create their ideal home. We service Chicago projects of all sizes, ranging from small bath or kitchen remodels up to home additions, gut rehabs, and new construction homes. We have a deep understanding of zoning and building code and construction costs to ensure that projects are permissible and will become reality for our clients. We have worked in many Chicago neighborhoods including Logan Square, West Town, Avondale, Wicker Park, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, East Garfield Park, and Bridgeport.
Our carefully selected and accomplished construction and renovation teams focus on quality and customer care in new builds, get rehabs, and large and small renovations. As a licensed contractor, the Relevant Homes team brings years of experience to operate with professionalism and efficiency, also partnering with additional licensed GCs to do the same. We utilize project managers to allow our teams to work effectively and to ensure clients remain informed.
1. I have always loved architecture & design, particularly when it comes to my home. After completing our first home in Logan Square in 2008, I realized that I needed to follow my childhood dream to design and build homes.
2. At the same time, I saw that home owners and purchasers were looking for someone who could help them think creatively about their home. My ability to see a home and reimagine its architecture and design inspired clients to work with me on designing a space that was relevant to them.
3. While there were a lot of real estate agents in the area, none seemed to have expertise in construction & renovation. Offering the added value of being a realtor who can also speak to the construction of the home proved invaluable to clients.
4. Combining these three services together (find + design + build) gives clients a new vision for a home that wouldn’t otherwise be possible. Out of that vision, Relevant Homes, a full service real estate company was born.
