Jeff’s deep passion for architecture and design has always fueled his journey, even as he worked as a day trader downtown Chicago. After overseeing the design & construction of his first house in Logan Square in 2008, he realized it was time to pursue his childhood dream of designing and building homes full time.
Jeff began integrating finding, designing, and building homes realizing others shared his same experience. Homeowners struggle to find a real estate agent, architectural designer, and builder, and they rarely integrate well! He began to provide invaluable support as a licensed realtor, architectural designer, and licensed general contractor to a growing number of clients. His ability to reimagine a home’s architecture and design inspired clients, resulting in personalized environments that truly reflected their lifestyles.
By integrating these three vital services—finding, designing, and building—he opened up new possibilities for clients that they hadn’t thought possible.
